Williams, a renowned South African chef, spent years mastering the art
of creating nougat. Her secret formula influenced by recipes from Morocco,
Tunisia, France and Italy has resulted in what is widely considered to be - the
finest honey nougat in the world. We first tasted this nougat on holiday
in South Africa almost a decade ago and would always bring some back for
friends and family. Now Sally Williams nougat is available in the UK,
and we are proud to offer it in our Christmas hampers. We can promise

Preserves in Yorkshire produced our latest find. This delicious Almond
& orange Mincemeat with Brandy has nothing artificial it, just raisins,
Apples, Currants, unrefined Sugar, Sultanas, Candied peel, Almonds, Orange,
Lemon - and a generous amount of Brandy. Better yet, it's suitable for
Vegetarians, Vegans and Celiacs (gluten intolerant) too. They make delicious
mince pies, or try them as we do - baked in little filo parcels - heavenly!

We first
came upon Booja Booja truffles during our hunt for new organic and vegan
items to feature in our 2008 Christmas Hamper Collection. They have proved
so poular that we are still featuring them for 2009. These truffles are
