Delivery
Policy
Our couriers
will require a signature for all parcels, so please ensure someone will
be available to receive your order.
Should the recipient not be home, we will attempt to deliver to a neighbour,
or post a card through the letterbox to inform them that a delivery has
been attempted.
Please ensure that the correct address is provided for the recipient,
including the full postal code and a telephone number, if possible.
On the rare occasion that a Ripe Gifts parcel is returned to Head Office,
we reserve the right to charge a courier return fee if, for example, the
incorrect delivery information was supplied for the gift.
Christmas
Deliveries
Due to the volume of orders we deal with during the Christmas period,
we are not always able to guarantee next day delivery of Christmas
gifts. We will do our best to advise you should we foresee any delay
when you place your order.
For guaranteed Christmas delivery, please order by 2:00pm on December
16th.
In the unlikely event of product shortage, we reserve the right to replace
the item, with another one of the same or higher value.

Cancellation
Rights
In accordance
with the Safebuy
code of practice, purchases from Ripe Gifts are eligible for a cooling
off period and customers are entitled to cancel an order in writing from
the date of placing an order and up to 14 working days after receipt of
the goods.
Where the price has already been paid in respect of any order cancelled
during the cooling off period, we will reimburse to you the full price
of such cancelled order (excluding the price of returning the goods) within
30 days, provided you are not deemed to be at fault if the goods are returned
damaged.
Satisfaction
Guarantee
We guarantee that you will be satisfied with your Ripe Gifts order. In
the rare event that you are not, please contact
us immediately and we will do all we can to resolve the problem. This
does not affect your statutory rights.

does not disclose gift buyers or recipients information to any third parties.
We retain only the information required to deliver your order or to bill
for payment. All
information collected is done so lawfully, in accordance with the Data

Customer Mailing List
We do not share customer email information with third parties, nor do
we send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (SPAM). We
may occasionally contact our customers by e-mail to remind them of special
events or with special offers. Should you wish to receive such mailings,
please check the box during the ordering process. Should you not want
to receive such mailings in future, please let us know and we will remove
you from our mailing list immediately.
